Mental harassment at workplace

i am a teacher in a state government aided school

in 2003, after the retirement of our generous principal a new female principal was appointed .

i was working as a supervisor in the school way before she joined as a principal. soon as she got all the priviledges of being a principal in her hands.. the harassment to all the staff started.

unlike others, i resisted the unjust behaviour. i was harassed tremendously , i resigned from my post of supervisor.

i again started as a teacher.. and began sitting in the staff room with the others. immediately she started pressurizing my colleagues  against me. trying her best to isolate me. i got into depression. all my co-workers are afraid to talk to me. she threatens them.hence no one is ready to talk against her.

Very tactfully she has manipulated the management, the trustees. They support her.

there are many incidents where she tried to harass me. making her own rules, breaking the government rules i have the legal proofs too .

now, this year 17th june the school reopened as per govt rule, and she reopened our school on 13th june on a very short notice. she informed us to resume just a day before. i could'nt manage to be at the school in such a short notice since i was at my native place. for that as a punishment now she sanctioned 3 days compensatory  mass leave to all the staff excluding me. in that she has called all the 1200 students to school. and prepared a special timetable where only i have been given lectures... that is only i should be present in the school with all the 1200 students

it is a very high level mental harassment. can i take any legal action against her?
