I am looking for a lawyer to file for divorce for a friend.She resides in USA.She got married in 2010 January in Singapore Court.Her husband is working on employment pass in Singapore for last 2 years.She stayed in Singapore for 2 weeks before moving back to USA. She has not seen him ever since. They both want to call it off,please advice your fees and proceeding.Also if they can annul the marriage rather than divorce as marriage was not consummated.
Also does she need to travel to India or can it be done without her presence in India?
