I got married one and half month before. Now, just want to know about the marriage Registration and related things. I am mentioning my queries one by one. Please answer it as it makes me confused a lot:-
1. Should I go with the Marriage Certificate or not. If I will not go with this, then what kind of issue I can face in future.
2. Under which Act, I can register my marriage [Nikah].
3. I have Nikahnama in Urdu language, Do I need to translate it in English language and does it work for bank, ration card and Passport etc things.
4. I need to change the name of my wife. Her name is I. Husno Ahmed Khan. We want to make it Husno Khan only. What procedure we need to follow for it.
5. She has all the docs with I. Husno Ahmed Khan, post changing the name, if we want to apply any new document, then we can apply with the changes name or not?
6. Document require for Marriage reqister.
7. I am in contacted with one Nautary wala. Is he eligible to do my all the marriage register related work or I need to contact with layer.
Please advice/suggest on given above queries. Thanks a lot in advance.
