Marriage amendment bill

I am welcoming all lawyer to give their views for this Bill ..Please give u r feedback

Just wanted to Know from you.. Is this following is true or not?

1. Through this BILL  Wife can ask  Husband & its ancestor 50-80% share from court ???

2. If this Bill Come can wife can claim share in husband property ???

3. Govt is trying to pass this bill in upcoming winter session.,if it pass how you people save all Husbands??
