manging committee members in breaches of provisions of bye-l

Sir,

In our society the members of the managing committee have made breaches of provisions of the model bye-laws of the hosuing society by making illegal alteration / modification in thier flat without proper sanctions can anybody please advise as to what action can be taken for expelling these members from the managing committee.
