Management lesson

A Managing Director of a company, who was a workaholic and a taskmaster, was doing rounds in his factory when he noticed a young man leaning against the wall and doing nothing. Observing him from the sideline for a pretty good time, the MD approaches him and asked him "Hey, young man, how much do you earn a month?" He replied "Rs.6000/- a month, sir." The furious MD took out his valet and gave Rs.18000/- to the man and told him that he is fired, now that he has been given his 3 months salary. The young man ran for his life with a puzzled look.

He warned the onlookers that everybody will meet the same fate for any such idleness. He asked the HR man "Where was the young  man working, now that we require a replacement?"

The HR Manager mumbled "Sir, he was the pizza delivery boy."
