Herein Hyderabad, one of the Flat Owner is not regularly paying maintenance on one reason or the other. All other Flat Owners/ Tenants (19 Nos) are paying the expenses incurred/ payable for the respective month. Maintenance towards Common Electricity, Municipal Water, Lift Maintenance, Watchman Salary and Repairs if any. Since the Apartment has no Registered Association and made any Specific Rules for Maintenance, the above person is taking advantage and not paying the maintenance. Could kindly suggest the solution to recover the maintenance from this defaulter?
