Maintenance of wife in dv is also dismissed

II---SUPPRESSION OF FACTS BY WIFE IN DV ACT  ALSO IS ABUSE OF COURT PROCESS AND LIABLE TO BE DISMISSED

This is another case of judge Pabitra Sen Judicial Magistrate 4th Court Alipore decided on 05/04/2016 between the same parties as reported earlier.
 
This is filed by the wife under DV Act 2005 on the same grounds etc but here she has demanded interim maintenance of 300000/-pm   as under which was also dismissed by the above court
 
 
12. The petitioner has filed the instant case under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from 
Domestic Violence Act on 28.12.2011 and she has also filed an application for interim maintenance 
under Section 23 of the Act on 11.09.2013. Prayer was made in the said application to allow a sum 
of Rs 3,00,000/- (Three lacs only) per month as interim maintenance allowance.
 
This is the women empowerment in India and therefore she can also demand accommodation facility to live in MOON or properties and bank balance  equal to AMBANI, TATA OR BIRLA.
