Love marriage & protection from parents

I'm 21 and she is 20 , we are decided to marry. but we are different caste. can we marry at mosque?

or  which law allows intercaste marriages ?

I saw many news in newspaper, like parents filing case against the boy for kidnapping and police arrests them even after marriage. is there any way to prevent my arrest after marriage?
