I have taken personal loan without any mortgage.I unable to pay Bajaj finance EMI
I have asked to them for settlement , but they are not interested in settlement .
They are doing Blackmail .
but I requested them to reduce my EMI amount Then I can pay it ..but they are not interested in it ...
If the finance Co. is harassing you, you can definitely file a criminal complaint against them. Apart on reducing the EMI, it is a request you made to them, they may or may not be convinced. If you have taken loan, you will have to repay it. But at the same time if the interest rate is beyond the RBI rules, you can definitely challange it.
