Limitation Period

I require judgements or cases, preferably Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, providing for applicability of Limitation Act in circumstances where no limitation period is provided under an Act. In simple terms, where no limitation period is provided under an act, can limitation act be applied under such situations. Thank you
