lien on my saving ac

Hdfc has put lien on my saving account due to non payment of my cc payments for past 2 months. What are the remedies I have please suggest. I am already suffering from a fraud of builder causing material impact on my financial condition.please help

Once U R a defaulter of CC,the bank has every right to put a lien on UR savings account,until the CC dues are cleared.U have eto settle the matter with the bank itself.

There was no prior notice given to me.can I report it to banking ombudsman
