i lost my LIC policy bond that is for sum assured for 10lakhs. is a policy complaint required for this? can someone misuse it to pledge loan or claim surredern value/death benefit by forgery?
i see there is a option to get duplicate. but what precautionary steps do i need to take to ensure it is not misused
