Dear Respected members
I am looking managing a block of flats in Mumbai. Its tenanted with tenants paying nominal rent as per pagadi system.
I wanted to know who if the tenants should be contributing to their proporation of the property tax as landlord is paying at the moment and wants to reclaim it.
Also what section of the rent act this comes under
