Can a Gift Deed be made for a property on the basis of the letter of administration being issued by the Court under Section 290 of Indian Succession Act. Will this gift deed be Valid?

If the court has granted ownership vide it s order then the owner can give away the property as it pleases to him/her.
However you may show the order to your lawyer and proceed further as per legal advise of the lawyer after order by court.
