legal advice in criminal procedure

If a person make application u/s 340 195 crpc in court against police and complainants and if application gets allowed by court so can a person go for separate discharge or quashing application ? the law will allow a person or not for two separate application like 340 , discharge and quashing? thank you.

You can file single application under sec- 340 Cr P C read with 195 Cr P C ...
