Dear Experts,
I would like to know what the status is of existing lease agreement if current landlord (lessor) sells the property. Do we need to transfer the agreement in the name of new landlord or do we need to cancel the existing agreement and go ahead with new agreement? If we need to transfer, could you please share the format of transfer agreement? The current landlord is interested to transfer the agreement.
