I intend to rent out my flat in Delhi for a period of 11 months. Pl. advise whether I should enter into a Lease Agreement OR Leave & Lisence Agreement with the perspective tenant and which would be more appropriate for renting out the flat for a short duration of 11 months?

Leave and License Agreement shall be appropriate in the given circumstances.

Could you kindly elaborate? Iam given to understand that Leave and Licence agreement is a better form of agreement and in favour of Landlord.Some of the issues are whether it is applicable/valid in Delhi and covered under local laws like in Maharashtra.
