I am planning to lease a flat
not rental
its only lease with no monthly rent but with returnable deposit alone
i have following queries,
a. what kind of precautions i should take
b. what is the value of the stamp paper for Lease Agreement
c. What is the prescribed format of the Lease Agreement

Dear querist, it is a lease for a premimum or rent advanced and you have to pay Stamp duty as per your state rates. All conditions such as electricity, water, sub-lease and other conditions as mutually decided by both of you. For drafting lease deed, consult a senior Document Writer or a lawyer who draft deeds.
