Landlord & tenant case

landlady dies , he property was on rent with his husband ....rent due was deposit in husband 's firm account..after death of lady husband/tenant deposit all due rent in his account....nothing given to legal heirs of lady ....is this 420 a....as lady die without any will , his children & husband was equal right in due rent
