Land sold twice

Mrs x sold property to my father in law. Same land sold to other person by daughter in law of mrs x. After 35 years of court case judgement came in our favour. Now we came to know that meanwhile same land is sold to again some person and that person claiming rights while court order is in our favour. Now mrs x and her daughter in law are no more. Can we construct in our land. What can that person do against us? Please help us what should we do further as that person made compoud on land.

With the help of the court order, get the title on the property documents at the revenue office. Get the possession of the property, get the plan for building sanctioned from the town planning office and start the construction. Provided that the other person does not file a suit or an appeal and gets the stay order,
