Land ownership

Is the boundary ( Chauhaddi) of a land/ house/ road proof of ownership of corresponding land/house legally ?

Hello,

The boundary of land or house cannot be proof of ownership. Proof of ownership can be agreement, 7/12 and other government extract in certain cases tax receipts, etc.
