land ownership

if a n/a land is in aurangabad ,in the name of husband and if husband expires without making a will than how can she sell the land or have the land in her name ?

Transfer khata / Patta from Husband name to Wife; 

Take Legail hair certificate from Notari

and Sell

You need to transfer khata / Patta from Husband name to wife name

You check the sale deed document, back side District Sub registor office address (seal) will be there
