Land legal problem

My grandfather land was sold by one of brother without any information. But the land was in my grand father name. Is it possible to sale without other parties knowledge? Can I file complaint? Is it cost more? Kindly guide me.

Is your grandfather alieve?

Is the property your ancestral property or self earned by your grandfather?

Shall I take this issue to court? Will I get positive judgement?

yes yous hould approach court . and it must be distributed among all brothers of your father equally.make sure there is no written deed in favour of the brother who sold that land. and go to court as early as you can. your grandfather died in 2009 its already 7 years passed . you lost your time to institute suit for demand of money from your brother but you can file a suit for repossion of right in that land given that your uncle sold it in 2009.

yes you can file a case in court and also file a complaint against your brother. Make sure that your grandfather has not done any agreement in your brothers favour. if yes then check the authencity of the document.
