yes yous hould approach court . and it must be distributed among all brothers of your father equally.make sure there is no written deed in favour of the brother who sold that land. and go to court as early as you can. your grandfather died in 2009 its already 7 years passed . you lost your time to institute suit for demand of money from your brother but you can file a suit for repossion of right in that land given that your uncle sold it in 2009.
