Land Grabbing Case

I am kiran want clarification on case we filed

We purchased residential plot in Hyderabad n 1990 and we are built wall along borders

some one else occupied that plot and when we asked he showed fake documents

we filed case against him in special court of land grabbing in hyderabad four years ago

But unfortunately we lost the case and case has been dismissed

NOW MY QUESTION IS WE WANT TO APPEAL IN HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH

CAN ANY HONERABLE MEMBERS OF THIS CLUB TELL HOW MUCH FEES WE SHOULD PAY AGAIN IN HIGH COURT

OR ELSE IS THERE ANY NEED TO PAY FEES IN HIGH COURT SINCE WE PAID IN SPECIAL COURT

PLEASE CLARIFY THIS TO ME VERY URGENT

Specific fee have been prescribed by each court. Court fees Act deals with fee to be attached. Kindly refer to the notification regarding fee.

You will have to pay the court fee Whatever you had paid while filing the suit
