I purchased 1000 sqft land residential plot from farmer in 2016. Registry and dakhil khariz was done. Now recently 3 days back nagar nigam personnel came and started demolition in which boundry wall of my plot from behind of approx 200 sqft is also get demolished by them stating that this 200 sqft area comes under charagah.....what legal proceedings i can do to get my land back. I have registry and dakhil khariz papers with me.

Facts posted are vague and confusing, you are to clarify whether the property is agriculture or residential ?
The subject property is agriculture, only then its mutation (dakhil / khariz) has been sanctioned by concerned revenue authorities.
Nagar nigam has no jurisdiction over agriculture land.
It will be appropriate and better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
