Land dispute

Hi experts, We have a farm land(around 3acres).To harvest it we need to cross others field. We did it for the past 30 to 45 yrs. Now the land owner who is having land before us is not allowing us to step into his field eventhough it is empty. So we are in a position to leave our field as such without sowing. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Either buy land for passage.

Or try easement rights.

Local counsel can help you.

Hi Sir Thanks for your information. We came to know that he encroached a part of govt land in his farm which is enough for us to take our harvesting machines to our land. We gave a notice to the collector office regarding the same. Not sure is this the right way. But it seems the cocerned executive is hesitate to take action since the owner is a politician. Please through some lights how i can proceed further in this case. Br Manikumar
