In the year 1965, Tata group acquired land from my grandfather for expansion of its plant in jamshedpur and promised to provide Land for Land . surprisingly taking advantage of low literacy while at the time of execution of sale deed they misreported the terms and executed the sale deed with my grandfather's signature on grounds of providing electricity connection as an compensation for sale of land.
Please guide and help as to how I can challenge the sale deed and get back the land.
P.S. The land of Jamshedpur is leased by Tata steel and our land acquired is in lease area of Tata steel.
