I am looking for a land to purchase in karnataka, I have gone thru the documents & all the docs are understood and looks clear, but in the Records of rights their is a first entry - Sanna bin Ranga ge ADR 22/23-24 ra mere anubhava mentioned in kannada( In english it tells It is under Sanna Bin Rangas' posession thry ADR-22/23-24), after that their is a second entry 702-632/11-6-56 sale deed done. i am able to get all the sale deeds of entries mentioned in RR, but i am not able to get the document which is mentioned in 1st entry i.e ADR 22/23-24,
Please revert if any one knows what exactly is this mean, and i have applied for PANISODU AND KHETWAR aslo , but i got only acknowledgements saying no records available in Tahsildar office, gone one step forward and tried searching in DC/AC offices also, but failed to get this docs.
kinldy suggest whom to approach and shall i really need to get worried on these type of entries..
