We have purchased agriculture land from a farmer in GUJARAT and we are not farmers.. Documents undertaken are Registered Power and Registerd Banakhat with depositing the stamp duty to the government by paying full and final amount to the farmer. So after doing NA, should we require farmer's signature at the time of registration after NA... Kindly suggest...
