Request your valuable feedback on below mentioned issue. I purchased fiat at kalyan location , at the time of booking sales person verbally committed building proposed 7 storage and payment scheduled will be based on slab wise it turns only 5 floor after kdmc approval. As per sales agreement with me builder, he is supposed to handed over me flat in April 2013 but it does not happen. Meanwhile i measured the carpet area of flat it found 25 sq.ft lesser than given in agreement. I raised this query to builder, he wasted my 3 months time saying my architecture will measure and action taken accordingly. Now, verbally he accepted that carpet area is lesser than mentioned in agreement. Now he says i will settle this issue but you had late payment. you need to pay late payment charges. During booking process sales executive of builder took all the responsibility regarding home loan and he did with 3 month delayed,and reduction in floors and even builder has delayed registration process that ultimately caused in delayed payment.Till date no legal document has shared with me from builder side. Please tell me what should be the my next action point.
I had already made entire payment except very small amount and maintenance charge.
