killed by public.

if a person is killed by public (200mem) in india ,is there any law?

What is your problem?  is it a question paper?  If a person is killed by some persons it is a crime and there witll be punishment.

iam just asking if a rapist was killed by group of public 200members ,then what will do government and law?
