Joint venture

There is Joint venture agreement between pvt ltd company and a partnership firm for developing 6 storeys of a building. after developing 4 floors by the JV, JV partners mutually agree that the partnership firm carries out the balance development work independently. if JV is not to be terminated what arrangement can be dont between JV partners for letting one partner only to carry out the devlopment work. Pls advice.

you can make addendum to the agreement mentioning that the rest of the work of the building will be carried out by the Partneship Firm independently and get it signed by all the JV partners.
