In LE suit in small cause court issues have been filed
I do not know what the issues are and I am the defendant.
It is very important that the following issues have been filed
1. Whether plaintiff proves that he is owner and land lord of suit premises
2. Whether Society where suit propery is situated, recognises plaintiff as owner of suit premises
3. Whether plaintiff has been paying dues odf suit premises and whther all dues have been paid as per records of suit premises.
4. Whether further issues can be framed/filed if thes issues have not been framed/filed
