i myself was accused in case, there was lawfull powers were misused willfully i know what happend that day, police and others didnot know any thing about the crime, i fought with police but no of use they filed afalse case against me, i decided to prove my innocence and to prove police cruelity.unfortunately i was convicted in other case, while i am in remand assistant sessions judge issued NBW against me. i am representing myself in court( as party in persion) in the court,
whether i have an option to file a petition for recall or not? i have no advocate.
