Is it legal to record a phone conversation in india without the other person's consent?

Under Indian law, is it legally permissible for an individual to record a phone conversation with another person without informing or obtaining the consent of that person? What are the legal implications of such an act in the context of privacy rights under the Constitution of India, and does it vary if the recording is used for personal, evidentiary, or public purposes?

Sorry, we don't entertain business promotion advertisements in this forum for and  reason.

The earlier post was pertaining to business promotion advertisement and it is replaced into a query now.

In India, call recording is legal if you are part of the conversation (either making or receiving the call), recording the call is legal.

The Information Technology Act, 2000 law states that unauthorized interception, monitoring, or recording of telephone conversations is a punishable offense.

If someone shares your private call recordings or messages publicly without consent, it may be considered a violation of privacy, and legal action can be taken against them.

No, it's not legal.
