Respected Sir/Madam,
I am in the process of purchasing a property. When I approached bank for loan they are asking for GPA to be registered. As i understand, GPA means power to sell or do anything on a property.
1. This property was gifted to son by father in 1990 - Gift Deed
2. Son made sale of it to person A in 2002. - Sale Deed
3. Now person A is going to sell to me.
So in situation, is GPA needed? because Person A is the property owner and going to sell to me.
Kindly clarify this.
