Is der NO WAY 2 catch corrupts n recover public money ?

Why not? There is way but there is no Will power. Look at the Indian Money locked up in Swiss Bank? while million of Indian lived without roti, kpadi and makan! Is it not a crying shame?

Thanks but my question is that is there Law so that the citizens can catch the corrupt persons irrespective of their post or status ?  Why to wait for an action from Government initiation ?  If so, please sugges a complete exercise to do, please.
