Dear Sirs/Ma'ms,
I have been selected in Bank PO in IOB, But as per rules of my present organsation(IAF), i am eligible to apply only for post which are Class 1/Group A. As far as basic Pay is concerned, Po's pay is much less less than that of Group A officers of Central Govt, but I need to know is if there is any documentry evidence(any govt order), that can prove that both the posts are equivalent.. Your helps and suggestions would be highly appreciated as both my life and career is at stake.
