Ipc 279/338 how to resolve urgently

Dear Sir/ Madam, My father was wrongly accused of IPC 279/338 when all they did was help a man who had fallen off is bicycle and was lying on road by tending to him and calling for his family to come help him. Initially they thanked my parents that how nice they were to help complete straenger but later put FIR on them. The court instructed insurance to pay him 50000 rupees. However we have no date in court. I need to take my father to London for medical treatment but can not have a visa issued if he has a case pending against him or any conviction. How can I resolve this case at earliest as I need to apply for visa soon. I would really appreciate your advise

When the case was pending before trial court, he would not get visa to proceed abroad.

However, you are required to prove (through the lawyer you have engaged) that the case has intentionally been slapped upon your father, who had been there to help out the injured or whatever the situation was there.
