Hello My regards to all.Plz advise whether more then one investor not related to each other can Invest in undivided share of a flat through asset management company. If yes In whose name sale deed should be registered i.e.THE amc company or investor? is there any other way to complete the transaction?.The purpose of whole exercise is to rope in investor to buy properties by investing small amount.Thanks
