Finally, I got judgeemnt yesterday for Interim Maintenance, My Darling asked for 35000/-, but judge given 3000/- and arrears 12000/- to be paid in 4 installments.
She worked during she filed for Interim Maintenance, I got proofs after i submit my counter pettion.
Do expects suggest me to go for High Court do challenge the interim Maintenance or shall i keep on paying interim maintenance and go for HC in Main 125 Crpc case ?
