insolvency

I am not in position to pay debts which are secured to bank . due to corrona business lost and burden of bank debts on my head . my house is mortaged in bank . bank is threatening me to seal house .. what to do i am not understanding ..please help

In fact, a bank will allow you to reclaim your property even after it has seized it, though this has to be done before the auction takes place. : “Even if the auction date has been announced, the borrower can come in at any stage and pay the dues to save his property.
