Please inform on the following judgement which was given by Hon'ble Delhi High court on the matter regarding Daily Wages employees seniority to be counted from day one that is from the date of employment and not from the date when they are regularised
The Judgement was delivered by Hon'ble Justice Mr Dalveer Bhandari on may 2002 and the petitioner were 22 employees of National Institute of health & Family Welfare and Shri Surat singh was the Advocate for the petitioner
