Hi,
Our property at Kolkata has an approx. area of 7 and a half kattha. Now after my dad's death my uncles are not allowing us to occupy the rooms which belonged to my father and they are saying that they will go for a mutation of this property first,after which they will take any decision of what needs to be done with the property. Now as far as the mutation is concerned, we dont believe that they will mention our names as the co-owners of the property and we might loose our share.
Its been 7 years now my father passed away amd from the last 3 years they are saying that they have submited my name for mutation ..please let me know how to proceed and is filling a partition suit is a good option or not ?
