Impersonating another person using email

I am interested in hiring a lawyer who understand the following situation and can represent me.

Case is one where the other party ( the ex-wife) is impersonating another person and sending me emails. 

I am interested in filing criminal case on the ex-wife and obtain an arrest warrant.vaka

How are you sure that she is impersonating you?

 

It has to be filed under IT act first.

By doing forensic of the email, I was able to discern that the sender is based in US and not as claimed by the ex-wife as a person based in India.

Ex doesnt want to communicate directly so she is using her SILs email id and posing be to the SIL and sending emails. 

Which IT Act is applicable here ? The ex is in USA and the SIL is in India. Can the SIL be roped into the case as the one aiding and abetting crime ?

You can lodge a complaint under Cyber Act.
