Imleadment of director in rajasthan rera

Few questions -

1) Can we implead the director of the firm in the case where RERA has already given execution order.

2) At the time of case filing in RERA we didn't made director as party but post execution orders, we got information and found that director is PO in 5-6 cases in Cr. Case in Dwarka, Delhi.

3) Now need to know can we make implead Director in the same case and ask RERA to attach property in name of Director.

1. RERA has already passed an order hence you can prefer an appeal against the aggrieved order or file execution petition as per law.

2. The firm should be represented by a designated person hence you follow the procedures accordingly.

3. The personal property of director is not under attachment, you can get firm property alone attached.

Rajasthan RERA has already stated to have passed judgment against the firm, is it (firm) a propertorship, partnership, private / public limited ?

What is the complaint case stated to have been pending in Dwarka, New Delhi Court where 5-6 accused are stated to be proclaimed offenders ? You may contact me with relvant case file in chamber no 647 Dwarka Courts (on appointment), if you feel .

Show relevant case file to some other local prudent lawyer if you have lost faith in your lawyer otherwise the lawyer managed passing a favourable Rajasthan RERA order is the best person to advise you since he is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case.
