Idea is doing illegal business through their showrooms

Hello Sir/Madam This is HARI and earlier i was a IDEA customer and due to not having proper tariff rates i have changed to other network ( M N P ), and after 6 months now there are so many best tariffs are there i thought to go back again to MY PREVIOUS IDEA NETWORK and today i visited to Sangareddy IDEA SHOWROOM, Beside KARUNA HIGH SCHOOL, SANGAREDDY, MEDAK DIST. and i requested them to give me MNP sim card and they have asked me that from which network, i say Vodafone and they simply asked from which network your earlier i said IDEA only due to having some technical problems in AIRTEL and VODAFONE i am changing to MY IDEA and they have asked me to pay Rs.100/- rupees Extra because of they wont get any benefits when we came back to same home network from other network so they asked me to pay the 100 rupees extra i have speak with customer care executive on : 18002700000 and they have responded for my problem and they have explained that there are no charges for extra 100 rupees and simply only 25 rupees is there for sim card that's all and i have requested them to take complaint on the particular stores but they have not ready to takeso that I am explaining all these things and here i am telling to the idea mainthing SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING FROM IDEA TO OTHER NETWORKS AND WHEN THEY THINK THAT IDEA IS BEST NETWORK AND WHEN THEY ARE READY TO COME TO HOME NETWORK FOR THIS REASON IDEA IS ENCASHING MONEY 100 THIS IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL BUSINESS DONE BY IDEA CELLULAR

In such cases the customer should record (audio/visual) the transactions. If you have not you may do so now.

Obtain complaint number from customer care executive and record the call. Lodge a complaint with local BM at their local Regional Office in writing under acknowledgment, Nodal officer of the company and if it is not resolved escalate to appellate authority and still if it is not resolved you have the option to escalate to MD, Company Secretary of the company whose contact details are on the web site and demand to beg apology in writing. If still it does not fetch you the relief you can report to TRAI and go public with your complaint in media local/national and portals like :

Other option is that you may avail the MNP and pay the amount and seek refund. If the showroom and IDEA staff misbehaves lodge a complaint with police citing public extortion and approach consumer forum.

Tame them and shame them.
