I want judgment for, Once the sale agreement has been entered into by the owner of the property and receiving some amount, if the property sold to someone else, that attracts provision of cheating.

It depends upon the text of the Agreement of sale which the owner is said to have violated. Therefore, you may show the Agreement to a local Lawyer and get guidance.
