How to take Money in Compromise in Civil Suit

HI,

We have filed a Civil case over a property dispute and now both the party have agreed for settlement.

Oppsite party will pay us money and we will sign comprmise deed and GPA.

1. Opposite party is saying that they will give us money by cash in the court. Is it safe to take cash in the court?

2. Can we take more money then the amount of our sale deed and amonut of case filed in court as this case was pending from three years and now market raise has increased.

3. If we take demand draft and sign the compromise deed and give statement in court but if oppsite party cancel the demand draft next day then what will happen?

4 What is the best way to take money in this compromise and what doument should we sign to save out interest.

FILE A MEMO OR PETITION STATING THAT THE HAS TO BE SETTLED BEFORE LOK ADALAT. tHEN THE SUIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO LOK ADALAT. THEY WILL ENTER THE COMPROMISE THAT WILL/ARISE BETWEEN YOU PARTIES AND ENTER THE SAME AND BINDING UPON THE PARTIES AND THE DECREE. yOU CAN ALSO GET BACK THE COURT FEE FILED IN THE CIVIL SUIT IN THIS MODE.
